Submitting to Edition 3 of the Journal of Urban Design and Mental Health
We need more high quality research in the field of urban design and mental health. If you have undertaken relevant research, we encourage you to submit by 30th May 2017 for the next edition of the Journal of Urban Design and Mental Health. All research is peer reviewed.
Submissions Accepted
We accept: research, research summaries, analysis pieces, op-eds, and case studies of urban design projects focused on improving mental health. More details here.
New opportunity: City Case Studies
Do you want to produce a review of your city from the perspective of urban design and mental health? To understand how different cities address the challenge of improving mental health through urban design, the Centre for Urban Design and Mental Health has developed a City Case Study Report protocol. You can follow this method to develop a case study for a city of your choice and submit for publication in a future edition to contribute to global knowledge about urban design and mental health, enabling cities around the world to share their successes, learn from each other, and identify gaps, barriers and opportunities. This can be undertaken by any interested parties, whether as an individual or in a research group.
